Project Summary After 3 months of working with the Grant County EDC, ML Fab Co. found a location in Moses Lake for its new fabrication facility.
By March 2006, over $2 million was invested in the facility for equipment and upgrades that were necessary for production to begin.
Machinery and equipment arrived in April and May and the facility became operational fabricating glass for two projects in Seattle
The first of those two projects is the 8th and Olive building, which at 38 stories will be the tallest residential tower in Seattle. The second project is another 38 story building that will be constructed at the same time as the 8th and Olive.
All of the outside glasswork for the two buildings will be made at the Moses Lake facility. |
