Char McDowell was born in the small farming community of Ritzville, WA.  She was raised in Othello, WA. Graduated in 1987 from Othello High School, received an AA from Big Bend Community College and attended Trend Business College Majoring in Business Administration.

Char is currently the Office Manager for Total Employment and Management (TEAM), a locally owned and operated job placement facility specializing in all aspects of Farming Operations, Industrial, and Construction labor needs.

Char is the proud mother of four wonderful children and one granddaughter.

In her spare time Char loves being with family, Seattle Seahawk Football, traveling, true friends and the freedom to “Live, Love and Laugh” at life.
