Thomas Stredwick is the Manager of Public and Government Affairs for Grant County Public Utility District (PUD). His primary areas of responsibility include: media relations, government affairs, public records, and communications strategy for the utility. Born and raised on a farm in Grant County, he went on to obtain a BA in Applied Communications from Gonzaga University. He is currently working toward a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. Prior to joining Grant PUD, he was the regional director of communications and marketing for the American Red Cross based in Spokane, WA.

Thomas is active in professional and community organizations. In addition to serving on the EDC board, he established the Grant County communications and marketing group known as MARCOM, volunteers with the national media response team for the American Red Cross, sits as Vice Chair of the National Hydropower Association’s public affairs committee and is a self-published author.

He and his wife Lilia have two sons and live in Soap Lake, Washington.
