Brandon Nicholas is the Business Advisor of Central Washington’s Grant and Adam’s county. Brandon provides confidential, no-charge counseling to startups and existing businesses.

In his business endeavors, he has spent a lot of his time studying the various aspects of the best practices of an effective business; marketing, copywriting, web design, market research, organizational development, leadership development, physical and psychological health, and well-being: a jack of all trades.

Brandon started up his own costume-fabrication business that evolved into a training service for others looking to make their own costumes.

He has been the Executive Director of the Moses Lake Business Association, where he connected with organizations and other parties in the community to help strengthen the awareness of what Moses Lake Downtown has to offer and increase its economic strength.

Brandon also has ten years of experience working in Industrial/Organization Psychology, where the emphasis was on helping public agencies find and select the right new hires and also promoting the right people within the organization.

Allan Peterson is the Certified Business Adviser and Certified Global Business Professional at the office of the Grant County Economic Development Council. He serves businesses in Grant, Adams and portions of Lincoln counties. Allan provides confidential no charge counseling to start ups and existing businesses.

Allan is the founder of the Artisan Craft Distilling Institute week long workshop. Teaching the art, science and business of craft distilling to  those who want to own and operate a legal distillery. The training program has been in existence since 2010.

He received his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. He has 26 years of management experience in chain drugstore operations where he developed strategic business marketing and planning skills in urban and rural markets.
