"The Grant County Economic Development Council is the number one most important resource the county has to further the economic vitality of our area. It is now time to "step up" and commit the resources to enure the next five years are a success in accelerating the economic growth in Grant County and stimulating the quality of life."

Born and raised on a cattle ranch in Okanogan County in the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Mr. Fancher moved to Quincy , WA in 1970, where he had a cattle feeding operation. In 1980 he formed Ranch & Home Real Estate in Moses Lake and specialized in farm and ranch real estate. The company expanded in 1984 into a full service real estate office which is now branded as Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Ranch & Home. He and Pamp Maiers formed Maiers Development Corporation in 1982, and he is presently General Manager and Vice President. He is also Operations Manager and part owner of Central Terminals, LLC industrial park in Moses Lake. He is past president of Grant County Economic Development Council for two terms during 1997 and 1998.
