Juanita Richards has lived in Grant County for 20 years while working for Columbia Basin Federal Credit Union who merged with Horizon Credit Union. She is currently the Regional Manager at Horizon Credit Union overseeing the Moses Lake, Safeway in-store branch, Ephrata and Davenport Branches. She is a graduate of Big Bend Community College and a recent graduate of Western Credit Union National Association of Management School. She has served on the board for the Washington Credit Union League and held several positions on the Central Washington Chapter of Credit Unions. Juanita is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Moses Lake and current member. She also serves on the advisory board for Big Bend Community College Business Information Management Department.
