Theresa joined Samaritan Healthcare in October 2014 as the COO and was appointed CEO for the organization in September of 2015. She came to Moses Lake from a small community in north central Minnesota where she served at a hospital for 21 years in a variety of roles with the last four years as the COO. Theresa has a BA in Organization Management & Communications from Concordia College and a MBA in Medical Group Management from the University of St. Thomas both located in Minneapolis/St. Paul. She completed the Blandin Community Leadership Program which is a recognized program in Minnesota for community leaders. Theresa served on several boards and committees to support community growth and development as well as being an active volunteer at community events. She currently serves on a number of committees in the healthcare industry here in Washington.
