Project Summary

The Grant County EDC began working in early 2010 on what was then known only as "Project Roosevelt." As the project progressed, it was revealed that the company behind the project was Dell.

By early November, less than eight months after Dell's site selection team first set foot in Grant County, the company closed on an 80 acre parcel of land in Quincy.

Dell plans to construct 350,000 square feet in three phases over the next seven years on its 80 acre site. The first phase (140,000 square feet with 60,000 square feet of raised floor) came online at the end of 2012.

In 2016, NTT Data came to an agreement to aquire Dell Services.
